    All coverage includes full size digital jpegs and travel costs.

    The acceptance of the booking outlined above, once completed, is based on agreement by the client of the terms and conditions stated below.

    • The price of the wedding collection is guaranteed at the time of booking to the couple provided that full payment is made one month prior to the wedding date.
    • A non-returnable booking fee of £400 is required to be settled within 3 working days on the placement of the booking and signing of this agreement.
    • You have the right to cancel this contract and have your booking fee refunded within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the contracts starts, which is the day the booking fee is received. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me in writing of your decision to cancel this contract.
    • The balance outstanding on the total price will be paid one month prior to the date of the wedding.
    • The photographer will document the events in a candid manner and take formal portraits as necessary. Prior to or during the event, the couple may inform the photographer of subjects which they would like photographed, but the final content of the images is at the discretion of the photographer.
    • The number and style of photographs delivered to the Client by the Photographer shall be deemed final and correct. The Photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. by the Photographer's best judgement. There is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance.
    • The wedding gallery will be delivered to the couple within 10 weeks of their wedding date.
    • Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the date of the wedding will require payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation conditions above will apply for postponed weddings if the photographer is not able to re-schedule for the new date and time.
    • Although the photographer and her appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, the photographer will only be responsible for the return of all the money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs.
    • In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to appoint another professional photographer to attend on her behalf to undertake the photography.
    • Jpeg file downloads are provided to the couple as part of their wedding collection. These files may be downloaded, printed and displayed online for personal use only. RAW images not available the couple at any time.
    • The wedding gallery will be available for 18 months post delivery. The Photographer cannot guarantee the storage of the delivered images after this time. It is recommended that Couples download their full wedding gallery and are responsible for their own backup of images.
    • The copyright of all photographs is owned by Hannah Dornford-May Photography. We give permission to Hannah Dornford-May Photography to use any image of our wedding for industry competitions and as required subsequent useage and for general promotional advertising for Hannah Dornford-May Photography.
    • Hannah Dornford-May Photography shall be the sole professional photographer capturing still images at the wedding.
