Didsbury wedding - Tom and Victoria
Towards the end of last year I teamed up with Sam Clayton again to second shoot Tom and Victoria's beautiful Didsbury wedding with her.
While Sam was off photographing Victoria's preparation I joined Tom and his ushers in the pub where they were having a few last minute drinks!
Pints drunk it was off to the church (luckily a few yards from the pub) to greet guests and wait for Victoria to arrive.
The vicar was a friend of the couples and had made the trip up north from Cambridge to marry them. This made the ceremony beautifully intimate and so personal. There were definitely a few tears as Tom and Victoria said their vows!
Once the ceremony was over Tom, Victoria and their guests all headed up to the Didsbury House Hotel for the reception. The hotel was just around the corner so everyone decided to walk over.
Didsbury House Hotel is a great choice of venue, it's small enough to be nicely intimate but full of great little details...
Check out the best wedding cake I've ever seen...it's a real cheese cake!
There were cupcakes as well for those who preferred something a little sweeter!
